Before You Arrive

Mountaintop Cabin Road Notice

Please note that access to our Mountaintop Cabins is via a dirt road. While it is passable by most vehicles when driven slowly, the road can be rough at times, particularly after periods of heavy rain. For added comfort and peace of mind, we recommend a higher-clearance vehicle or four-wheel drive if you have concerns.

The drive from the base of the mountain to your cabin is approximately one mile. The road is not lit at night, so we strongly recommend arriving during daylight hours on your first trip up.

This road leads you to the top of the mountain, where you’ll be rewarded with beautiful views and a quiet, secluded setting. However, if you feel uncomfortable with unpaved mountain roads, the Mountaintop Cabins may not be the best fit for your stay. Refunds are not offered for guests who choose not to stay due to road conditions.
